Application
The product is most active in the PH range 5.5 to 7.5 at temperature of 90°C and above. The enzyme can be inactivated by adjusting the Ph 2.5 to 4.5 and boiling the slurry.
Typical dosage rate is o.o1 to o.15% based on dry starch solids. Small-scale experiment to determine the optimum enzyme dosage is recommended.
